DC the ISP it is optional to join as fas as I know. you pay 5 , 10 or 15 % of your basic monthly and the company contribute with 10% monthly the way I see it for new joiners ISP is better but for seniors guys the end of service is better anyway by the end of your employment you will get the ISP or End of service which ever is greater and you will get 100% of what you paid in the ISP so it is a good saving plan . |

I am a DEC. thanks You can expect Ghanem Residence (along Salwa Road), Al Kaabi (somewhere in Abu Hammour), or maybe Holiday Villa. For now, i think all new joiners will be at company accommodation. If u prefer the housing allowance, you can only apply for it after joining. Hope this helps |

they request a release lease letter from your company that you are fully released and your last flight was on this date if your company can provide this you can join on unpaid leave |

Last January 29 I Completed my face to face interview and I got conditional offer letter.
