Has anyone got any info on the recent DEC process?

I have heard that sim's are now possibly being done on the type you're currently on and consist of a mini LPC... can anyone conform this rumour?

Hi all,
Applied for NTR FO gig with Qatar Executive but I have heard the package and accommodation is the same as Qatar Airways.

Just wondering if this is the case and if so what the current housing situation is?
Is it Company provided apartments for FO with families or is a Villa an option? I believe getting a housing allowance is not possible for a few years as there is a waiting list? Is this the case?

Yes the sim assesment is going to be more difficult after QR had some surprises with some DEC's they hired.

I can confirm for Boeing TR FO. They also consider 777 and 787 a common rating. You’ll get a short briefing on the differences.

Hello , i have just applied FO A320 with more than 1000h on type .
i was wondering how long time they take before they call you and what kind of application status prove that it has been accepted .
any info would be much appreciated

They can take anything between 1 day and 1 year. It is all random, no timeline. Just do your research and go through this entire topic. Good luck.

when i try to log in and check my application status every 2 - 3 days , it is asking me to change and update a new password .

Hello guys does any one know if I can reapply at the same time after my application is rejected ? My application has been submitted for a long time and I saw today status says rejected. Any suggestions?

How does it look now the on-line testing ? Inductive Reasoning, Critical Thinking and Personality Test. Some time ago there were different tests consisting with six different types, does qr still use them or anything new?

hello , from what i heard if you use the LPJ site it is more or less the same excercies . you can practise with that for the online testing .
my application status changed from Under review to Meet Basic requirements . anyone can explain what does that mean . My application is shortlisted ?

I would expect "meets basic requirements" means exactly that. Maybe you are in a list of people, some well above basic requirements.

dear members, Greetings! Im fairly new to this forum and have almost no idea of how this works, I got fired last year because i accidently breached the minimum rest timings set for cc, I am unemployed for almost 6 months now and no gulf airline is hiring me (my unlucky time) can anyone help me understand as how can i rejoin QR since the new rules are pretty relaxed and i was actually enjoying my time in QR.

You can always apply, the worst they can say is no.

But sorry to say in my opinion, you would be very unlikely to be rehired
