Hi everyone!

I'm joining Etihad on the 18th (nov.). As early as now, I wanted to pack my things already and make sure that I'd bring everything that i needed during training. Can somebody give me some advices regarding this matter?

Hi EYner,

I think I'll be also joining on that date... All I'm waiting for right now is the call that will tell me if I can resign already, and the contract as well...

I'll call again on thursday to check if I'm 100% in... I believe my medical is satisfactory... So I guessn it's just a matter of waiting... It's just that my friends are starting on the 9th of December. Still good to know I know one person who will start on the 16th if I cannot make it on the 9th!

luck is really playing games on me... a girl from etihad called me, her name was celeste.. she asked me if i can join on the 11th... since i was surprised, i couldnt give her a definite answer... by the end of our conversation, i asked her if i can call her after 30 mins... just to say that i really cant and im going on the 18th still... tried to call her several times but she wouldnt answer.. its bothering me now if maybe i made a wrong move... you think she would still consider me on my desired joining date?

Afterall, etihad management are people! they are always positive and care for your choice..I am sure they will not have any problem with you to chose your own joining date..

I advise everybody to be relaxed in their waiting period wether waiting for the clearance or medicals or whatever responce with etihad..ure all gonna get the positive answer...They are taking all the succesful candidates especially at this time of the year! everybody..they want hundreds of cc so soon!

enjoy what you have achieved already with them!

my interviewers name was Mary, she was really nice to all of us. as i mentioned before, if you ask me we were īround 25 pers left at the end of the day so im having second thoughts about making it all the way. how many of you were through the finals on your big day? im not quite sure how many ccīs they want to hire...

Etihad Assessment Day!

I Was Scheduled On The 11th For My Assessment Day In Abu Dhabi But Just Recieve An Email That It Will Be Move On The 18th And My Days Off Isn't On That Day. It's Only Until 11nov. I Emailed Them Back If They Could Put Me Again For A Schedule On Dec So I Could Arrange To Get That Particular Days Off But They Didn't Reply Yet...hope They Could Contact Me Again...did Someone Here Have The Same Experience With Me?

dubai airshow

I called again today to check if I have the approval of Etihad with regards my medical and they said that it's still under review from the lab...

Anyways, I will be present in the Dubai Airshow to have some extra money... It's not what you think, I'll be doing service in the catering side... Maybe some last few memories in Dubai.... Hahaha

I wish Etihad will contact me within next week for the contract... I want to have the December 16 training... Right EYner?

Well, i am not satisfied at all with the management in AUH

I hAVE SENT my medicals on friday..today is thursday..i called them to chek if everything is alright..they told me that they havent received anything form me...its the 3rd time i send them the medicals!!

the point heere is : don't wait for them..just call them every time and then to make sure they are proceeding with your file so you wont be delayed

If they say that they will call within the week and you haven't received their call, you have to call them immediately.

I'm also the one who have the same experiences. I send my medical on 5th oct until now, I didn't hear anything. When I called them, they said they didn't get my results. Tell me to send it again, and same...no reply.
I just wonder have anyone get refused this job in this stage? If our medical result didn't pass, they'll tell us directly or just ignore us?

Since you got all the clearances to start your medicals, then there is nothing to worry about! youre in! unless if you have serious medical problems! Anyways everybody would know his medical results b4 sending them! so no worries guys..its just management problems and delays..Everybody will join!
