To all Applications on hold
Most of the M.E is closed until the 22nd or 23rd of this month due to a 10 day holiday. Again. Don't worry about it, these delays happen over here. We all work on INSHALA TIME over here

Is it reall ytrue that Etihad hires only no more than 2 people from those who were invited for final interviews??? I cannot imagine this but this is really from what I have heared!!!!!!!

i hope it's not true 
we were at least 15 ppl in the final... All i know is that they need people.. A LOT!!! so i am positive. But being rejected after 3 months waiting is

Where did you hear that from..? I really can't imagine that either.. I think they will always be happier to be able to find MORE suitable people in each city they do interviews is.. as opposed to LESS.. However, they are constantly telling us that they are only looking for 'exceptional' people, so it works both ways..
We had 9 people in our finals groups and only 1 ended up rejected (the other 8 are all still on hold of course)
By the way, in one of your last posts you mentioned knowing someone who expected to hear from Etihad in mid-Feb next year? When did she do her final interview??

well that girlk who was expected to start training in middle of February had her final this month! I know that they are looking for so many people but you never know! It was also one girl who applied for Etihad and who is still on the running to get in and whose friend is working for Etihad told her that they usually take 2....i dont know but it would be stupid to travel the world to recruit only 2 from each city, those recruiment campaigns a really expenisve, arent they???
How long does it take until Etihad comes back to you with the result of your final???

There's no set time that they get back to you on your final interview result, but it should be within 2-3 weeks. They usually send out the rejection emails first, hence the general consensus of "no news is good news"
