Hello,
does Netjets offer a base in ELLX?
1.What are the working conditions as F/O (salary + schedule)?
2.How does the assessment look like?
3.Any assessment preparation hints?
Thanks a lot and kind regards!

Hi flyy123,
Re your questions
No. Temp gateway maybe possible. Nearest is EDDK, EBBR, EDDF.
See the FAQ on the Kura NetJets page Kura Netjets
The assessment process is described on the FAQ and Kura site.
Hints = read through this thread. There are a lot.

I'm sorry to be blunt but this type of job requires a lot of work done by us, the pilots, where we are given the freedom to think and plan as we need and stay on top of things. There is plenty of information in this thread, the other netjets thread in this sub-forum, on PPJN and as the above post said on Kura. If you can't be bothered to go find information out that is freely available, do not bother applying. You won't be spoonfed everything at NetJets, you need to be on your own two feet and do things yourself.

UK contract. When living in an EU country and not in Portugal, you will be taxed in Portugal, social security in your permanent gateway country. If you live in Portugal you'll pay local taxes and local social security. If you live in the UK you'll pay local taxes and local social security.

I am a very good acquantaince of the young chap you responded to and I will not tolerate your response lightly. All I can suggest, with a Moderator approval, is for you to change your username to Air Weapon as you are a total weapon.
Now back on topic chaps and let us all answer this question correctly.

Read this thread here and the other one. All the information is provided in detail, even more details than just what "Kura" provides you with. There's nothing more to say.
EDIT: it's like some applicants who cannot even write the company's name correctly. Get your research right, the information is all there.

Bases and salary are on PPJN. ELLX is not one of them, near to there it’s only German bases.
The process is
1. online application - you’re asked to provide a couple of essays.
2. then there’s the online assessments that you should practice before attempting and a psychometric test that you can’t practice.
3. Online interview - nothing difficult just a chat to see if you fit and the job fits you. You’ll be expected to answer some competence based questions, learn how to do this and have some examples prepared.
4. Assessment centre, 2 more interviews a group exercise and a sim ride.
None of it is hard, but you need to prepare. If you don’t get through then there’s a good chance the job is not right for you.
Now that I’ve wasted my time reposting that which has already been said many times, can I direct you and your mate to the aforementioned threads where you will not waste your time taking a look at some of the fairly useful information that will help him prepare should he decide to apply?

With respect, it’s not. The process changes and evolves a little each time but is still largely the same as it was 2 years ago. So while it’s very nice you defend your chum, you might best support him by taking a look.

The nature of our job is that we need to handle problem solving away from base and can’t sit in your seat waiting for a red capped dispatcher to do everything for you (and it’s unlikely you will have a flight attendant to handle the passengers - at least for the first few years).
If you can’t find the information you require on this website (without complaining) then don’t apply as you won’t manage with life on tour with us.
Aircraft handling is 5-10% of what we do on a daily basis so if you are a child of the magenta line then stick with the airlines.
However if you genuinely enjoy problem solving then this is the place for you and you will love it here.
