I think you need to elaborate a little more than that in what info you seek. the application process is incredibly straight forward.

Hi everyone.
I tried to find information about the topic I will write about but I find the information quite confusing.
Can anyone please explain the salary? I know the base salary and it increases in your 3rd year up to 80.000€ but what about the extras? (Block hours, per diems, benefits..)
Thanks

Hi alphafox14

The data at PPJN is quite up to date: https://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/jobs/Netjets_Europe

Base salary for the first year is 64,472 EUR. If you are on the Phenom and fly 350 hours a year, your productivity pay will be about 35,000 EUR. In the first year you cannot take part in Tour Based Pay. That would have given you something between 10,000 EUR and 25,000 EUR on top of it, during the summer season. If you perform a few extended days or run over the 60 hour weekly duty (to position home only), you can make a few thousand EUR extra.

As you can see, in a normal year it can be realistic to reach or surpass 100k EUR as gross salary. After 3 years and with a base salary of 81,000 EUR or more, you would definitely go over 100k EUR.

Which parts are in your monthly pay? For example the productivity, is it paid out at the end of the year or do you get it every month based on how much you've worked?

Productivity is paid after the end of the year. The hourly productivity pay is a function of hours flown in each calendar year and part of your February payslip, together with the retroactive inflation correction (of your base salary starting on January 1st of each year). TBP (tour based pay) is always paid in the month after each TBP-month.

Hello everyone.
Found a lot of details in the previous pages, except the aircraft in the simulator assessment. Anyone could enlighten which aircraft sim should I expect in the assessment? BTW currently I am flying a Bombardier airliner now (not any of NJE fleet), would that be a factor to be positioned at the Bombardier fleet, or it doesn't matter?
Thanks

The sim assessments have historically been in the Hawker, but I think it depends in the centre whats available, but it would be something basic like that. Regarding fleeting, it'll depend on fleet needs/rating slots. We've had new joiners who were previously 650 rated go onto non-650 aircraft. We've had non 650 rated go onto... the 650. It will depend on joining date and the slots available associated with that. In other words, I wouldn't bank on it.

Joining date and total hours. High total hours = normally onto small fleet for upgrade on fleet within 2 to 3 years, if the current market prevails. Otherwise a few more years. We got lots of old pilots who will reach 65 years of age soon.

They sent me a message about some details of my CV, so I guess they’re going through all applications now.

Last time it was on the Citation Sovereign. But actually it doesn't really matter on which type you will fly. You need to touch only the thrust levers and the yoke. The rest you are expected to command to your sim colleague (one of the checkers), including checklists (you just command everything according to your current SOPs and type and he will do all the required things and report completed).
