pilot mike

JCB parked up, keys in pocket, pint in hand time to sit and watch what happens. Do aircraft arrive? have things changed? If nothing materializes then we all know yet again it was a load of rubbish

New chief pilot, new offices, new staff

If the new company has "new chief pilot, new offices, new staff", might someone enlighten where the new offices are? Who interviewed the latest batch of recruits?

Sounds like MD has been sacked from his shelf stacking supermarket job.

Question: are any other former employees still getting crank phonecalls from MD late at night or in the early hours? He seems to be quite active again. If it continues I may report him to the Police.

This thread seems to be going off in all directions and there seems to be some confusion on what it fact and what is not.
FACT- I was offered a job by Unique Air on an aircraft that did not exist, at a base that did not exist (Airport had never heard of them), out of offices that did not exist.
Sorry to say it took me a while to believe that they did not exist as the info I was getting from Unique was very believable and the excuses for why my start date kept getting put back were also very believable.

Talking

Steelman & Others
There is only 1 direction and understandably its a long thread now, but probably wouldnt be if it wasn't for the people coming on who keep saying that Unique are thriving, a great company, seem ok etc.

While we all agree that people have opinions, most people who have put info on this thread have had something to do with them and non of it for the good.

I personally was never employed by them, as pointed out by the owner, however, I have had cause to write on these posts with personal experience, a lot of the hype of how good they are, as pointed out by the moderators is from the owner coming in under different names to try and convince people that they are good.

I have no doubt that this man needs some professional help.

There have been threats by txt, e mail and offers of taking you to court etc, Oh yeah and of course not paying them, its absoloutly ludicrous so people on here who have been associated with them and him for the worse forward there opinions to people who MAY be tempted to be taken in by them.

I for one am completely happy to download the txts I saved and print the emails sent from them, however another day maybe!

But the main reason I would like this to keep going is to protect people and there livelyhoods, not allowing people to give up perfectly good jobs to go work for nothing and find there dreams shattered.

You can see from the last few pages and a few from the begining there are a lot of people that are involved. So in a nutshell to save anyone reading from the begining.

- No I didnt work for them but I did do a flight that I have published on here, I wasn't paid, although it was offered but never came. I believe the flight to be a commercial transport flight and reported it as so.

-The owner has ideas above his station, was flying an N reg seneca for the ab
ove transport flights

-It appears nobody was paid who work for them? maybe a few admin but its never been stated

-He likes to sack people on PPrune or anybody who disagrees
- Likes to come on here as different people and make Unique sound fantastic

-As you have said there appears to be imaginary everything, help is required by professionals in that area

- Threatening e-mail, txts were the normal

-Lies about his experience of 777 flying
-Probably about his hours too as told me a qty which looking at licence issue date is impossible

-Most definatley has or appears to have no commercial accumen whatsoever, I mean how many flights can you do for charity, no charity reg number either i guess so cannot be verified.

Himself and one of his other disguises on here have accused me of having a grudge, well sort off, but not really, I dont like him as an individual and anybody who has been at that company I suspect does not either.

That aside the main reason I post on here is to ensure that hard earned licences holders are not abused and the wanabee or experienced alike are aware of the risks involved with this man.

Dreams can come true but are easily shattered by people like this and the more this stays in the open the better.

We all know how much its costs to get this far and do not want anymore agony than most already have with large loans, no job and scraping by.

All the above is fact not fiction as published now a few times on here, I believe one of the characters asked if we could prove it and have done but they cannot confirm anything they have said and therefore accuse people on here of not having the info or to say that we have a go at them for having an opinion but defend the indefensible even with the evidence thus leads us to believe that multiple personallities are at work (but we already know that)

Im sure I could think of more as other people probably could, so in a nutshell thats it

Hope this helps

Cool

As I've said before, it's entertainment...

...just like watching the lunatics in the asylum; and a bl**dy sight more interesting than some daft bear on the telly.

Only problem is that it's costing me a fortune in incontinence pants.

Nice to see abovetheclouds dealing the dirt on himself again!

Direct questions answered!

I have consulted with my legal representatives who have advised me what I can and cannot say on this site. Due to ongoing proceedings I cannot give out specific information except to say this:-

I have never lied or misled anyone in any way. I have always been honest and upfront and can evidence every piece of information I have given to my solicitor and other involved authorities. For those who doubt any of the information that has been posted on this site, I should make you aware that in Civil Proceedings it is the Balance of Probabilities and not the Burden of Proof which counts. I will not post further on here until proceedings have been concluded. I will, however, inform all involved of any future court dates or hearings.

I hope that the conclusion will be satisfactory for all injured parties involved and justice will be seen to be done. For those posting on here who are friends/ professional colleagues and know me then you know I am a man of good character - feel free to get in touch.

Bravo to carbon for his succinct precis of the facts!!

P.S. No-one on the planet has the same grasp of spelling and grammar as MD! lol

Rebellious, best of luck.

Runway, the rat comment wasn't intended as a dig. The only rat I smell is in the guise of the bloke who, it would seem, is still behind this outfit.

I make no secret of the fact that I personally dislike MD. He very nearly pushed me into financial meltdown and contributed to the breakdown of my relationship (the whole situation got to both of us). I've seen it many times with people going through the revolving door at that company, being promised the earth (and it can sound believable when you're desperate for a first job) and receiving only abuse from a nasty little bully such as Davies (his verbal tirades are particularly unpleasant, as he knows no one desperate for a job will answer back). If I can stop anyone having to go through what I did, then I'm more than happy to keep this thread alive.

If anyone does attend 'the launch party', please let me know what it was like. I was responsible for arranging the last one. It was cancelled shortly after.

False Address?

PPRuNe Towers kindly offered an address for "Unique 2". Has anyone, out of pure curiosity you understand, checked with TAG Farnborough Airport to see if Unique are operating from there? If you did, did you receive the answer “Unique Air do not operate from Farnborough” in the tone of voice that implied the question had been asked many times before?

Rebellious. As you know I was privy to many conversations between Davies and pilots. I will happily stand in court and give evidence that pilots qualifications were openly discussed. Davies knew the status of all our licences and inspected then both at interview and on commencing what can only very tenuously be described as employment.
Someone is mischief making again, as that is all they can do now. I'll hazard a guess it's the failed investor. Better spelling, similar lack of acumen.
Phil, good on you. I just signed a 2 year bond elsewhere, but can I keep in touch?

Phil you naughty man. You know the PPRuNe rules.

In view of the circumstances here I'll look the other way but that's not to say those further up the food chain won't overrule me.

Well....that was a bit of an anticlimax, 2 years of spin, drama and court cases and a solitary '78 Citation II appears. I assume there are a few more coming, and maybe even a licence to operate them?
