Tracking the serial fraudsters Marc Davies and Mark Sedgley
It does appear that the "Marc Davies" in Scottsdale AZ (USA) might possibly be the same person as the Mark Davies who set up the Unique Air Swansea fraud over a decade ago - he might have just changed the "k" to a "c" to make simple google searches harder. The "Marc Davies" has been operating a flight school (Saguaro Air, LLC) and some private jet membership (Kensington Jets). Marc Davies appears to sell shares in flight school aircraft and also jets and then the shareholders don't seem to get what they expected. In April 2019 Saguaro Air, LLC was given an airport licence to operate at Scottsdale Airport but it was cancelled in Nov 2019.
This sort of aviation story was very much his modus operandi from our investigations of his past.
This "Marc Davies" also appears to be committing similar things in the USA polo club scene.
Mark Davies has occasionally popped up under assumed usernames on this thread, so he may do so again I suspect to try to throw us off the scent.
Am also interested to know where his partner in crime in Unique Air, Mark Sedgley, has gone (Mark Jonathan SEDGLEY (Born July 1960) address from Unique Air days: 62 Green Street, Sandbach, Cheshire, United Kingdom, CW11 1GX)
FYI, the "Mark Davies" of Unique Air Swansea fame was probably (but not confirmed 100%) born in May 1972 and is therefore currently about 47. It would be useful if someone can load a photo of "Mark" or "Marc" and we can conclusively determine if they are the same of different people.

It would be useful if someone can load a photo of "Marc" today and we can conclusively link Marc Davies of Scottsdale Airport to the Unique Air fraud.

Thanks TwinAisle. This photo is of the original Unique Air MD "Mark Davies", the one who also turned up in Cyprus a year or so back, did damage and evaporated again... maybe to Scottsdale, not sure.
So all we need now is someone from Scottsdale Airport to confirm whether this photo is the same "Marc Davies" who started up and dumped the Scottsdale companies mentioned in my post above, leaving various investors without of their investments in aircraft. Presumably user MarkIsAFraud can confirm or deny this?

MD in Scottsdale is 60 ir 64 years old.
The picture shown is not the Mark Davies we see here in Scottsdale. Everything in this the red lines up and matches up to personality 2 psychological danger he is and claims has money. How does one know or confirm or prove the fraud you talk about in these planes or shares into Mark Davies planes?

Help appreciated to locate Mark Davies in Cyprus
OK, so it looks like the Marc Davies in Scottsdale is a different person, and I cannot comment on him, other than the internet research above on him closing down his company very fast.
However the Mark Davies in Cyprus does appear to be the same Mark Davies to whom so many of us have dedicated this Unique Air Swansea thread.
Once a proven fraudster / con artist starts down this road (I have personally seen forged bank documents from him), I have found from unfortunately extensive experience of such people in our aviation industry, that they are incapable of ever going straight and stopping the pathological lying.
So, to save other future victims from Mark Davies, would appreciate if anyone with any knowledge of what he is doing in Cyprus could post it with names of ventures he is involved with there etc (or anywhere else for that matter).

I think the guy in Scottsdale AZ IS the same guy. I will try to get a photo of him. He is using the same scam as you mentioned.

He changed office locations.
He is now rent a small office in DC ranch Market Street (Scottsdale, AZ) in a shared office space but is not coming to the office recently due to "Covid". This guy is scam artist.

Mark Davies is trying to purchase Cyprus Airways, "Charlie Airlines Ltd". I felt suspicious of the chap, but could not place a finger on it ... listed on Companies House, accept for "Aerospace Asset Capital Ltd", registered to a London address, which is also registered to many other fraudulent companies. AEROSPACE ASSET CAPITAL LTD, 20-22 WENLOCK ROAD, LONDON, N1 7GU , United Kingdom . What can we do to alert the authorities in Cyprus?

What are the chances that two guys from the UK with the same name are both running airplane scams. The Marc Davies I met hides from the the camera. I'm wondering if it's his real name. Did he learn the scam from your Mark Davies and is using his name?

We have come across this Mark Davies as a seller of aircraft. We'd like to know more about him if someone is willing to share, why? because something is not right and this person is not the owner of Cyprus Airways (not certain if he is CEO or not). I think there could be fraudulent activity, certainly there is misrepresentation if he pretends he owns Cyprus Airways.
