Anyway, yes as the others have hinted above, it's Mandalay (MDL/VYMD). The Falcon 900 brought in some German doctors in January 2008 doing some work on behalf of a German friend of ours who ran a series of schools and projects throughout the country.
MDL was also briefly famous when the White Elephant AKA Solar Impulse 2 visited in 2015...The back up crew for this project had to be seen to be believed...An IL-76, ATR-72 a huge inflatable hangar c/w generators to keep it all running(AND to charge the supposedly solar powered bird which actually couldn't fly during the day due to thermals!) and gawd knows how many technicians and crew They were actually an interesting bunch and came and flew with us and had breakfast with us in Bagan.
it's up to ea200 to come up with something that lasts longer than 20 minutes
