I'm guessing Canada
I've tried zooming in to read the titles on the fuselage side but without success: Looks like CNA but can't find any operators of the Connie with anything like those initials

Doesn't look very heavily used - not a lot of rubber on the runway

Looks like it was originally a WW2 style airfield with 3 runways, the 'funny little cross runway' being the remains of one of the original ones. The overrun at top left (north west?) looks quite long and wide possibly indicating it has a 'soft' arrestor bed.
Switzerland?
