SeenTheLight has it right. Congratulations. Hemswell - scene of a remarkable piece of wartime colour film of depicting Lancaster operations and one of the 'sets' for 'The Dambusters'. Open house it is.

There's a disused airfield just to the south of Strasshof an der Nordbahn, Austria which looks as though it may fit the bill. Unsure of what it's called though may be Deutsch-Wagram.
