The Control tower - style - integrated into the roof of the Terminal - replaced in July 1972 by the more modern free standing.

con-pilot is correct. Paine Field, (KPAE), Everett, WA. North of Seattle, south of Bellingham. Home of what was, and may still be, the largest one-roofed building. You have control.
