Low wing and the left third of the picture (after the left "window") is winglet?
Not really a low wing Reg, and no winglets. And that left "window" is a gap, ie not part of the aircraft.

Just enjoying a nice Australian cabernet....Graeme would be proud!

Got it in one Walter , it is the Beech PD-285, the forerunner of the Beech 77 Skipper (with of course a T-tail).
