Thanks one11, I fancy I saw one of these either at the NASM in DC, or stored at their Garber Facility in MD in '95

LM will post my next offering shortly.

In 95 I think it would have been the Garber facility (my brother used to live within a few miles of it, so I was a semi-regular visitor!). Its now on display at Dulles. Hope all is well with you?

Thanks for that update skytrain: things are good with me thank you.

It looks like LM has been unexpectedly delayed, and as I have to get away fairly promptly today, I think it would be prudent for me to declare Open House now.

Bummer!! posted the above and come back to find skytrain and one11's lights have gone out and LM is back!! However, I think that we'd better stick with the OH as there doesn't seem to be many on line at the moment!

Hi LM,

you obviously missed my comments above; seeing as there's only thee and me about at the moment, do you want me to send you the answers, or are you going to ID it before I go (or swap it with one of your own and keep this in reserve)?

I would leave it up mate.

I'm working on a colleagues computer - he can connect but I can't.

I'll be home in about 50 minutes, so it's up to you.

I'll check in then. You have my e-mail address if you want to go down the route of giving me clues to post.

Up it is then,

I see a couple of names on-line now, so I expect someone will solve my dilemma, otherwise I'll email you the answer/clues as late as I can before I have to go.

I don't have the number of cylinders in the info, I'll try and find out whether it's nine or ten.

Edited to say I've measured angles on the original image and have since found a reference.

It is a nine cylinder radial

TC,

e-mail received.

I have control everyone. Please bear in mind that wef 0830 tomorrow I will have to use the connection of a colleague.

Meanwhile, this evening, I have clues lined up and TC has pre-empted questions and supplied answers.

It's very unusual for a player to know the answer and not play, but at least TC is able to throw things up (sic).

I'm happy to do this, so off you all go.......

Edit:
off you all go
- you seem to be alone out there skytrain....

Been away mate and the weather has been improving.

My latest artwork I've labelled "Smoky Morn"...maybe I should try selling them? I could be rich and famous?!

Now I've noticed a drop in your Photo-shop standard lately David, tsk, tsk...maybe it's time to try pen and paper? . Please explain...

Thanks Mate!

This is to be expected after a few glasses of something a little stronger than the stuff which comes in cardboard boxes......

Stick around.
