Evening LM,
Tiz quiet innit!! I looked in at lunch and coffee breaks, but no sign of Mechta! I recon he must have forgotten he's got a challenge to monitor, unless he's got the dreaded computer problems, since it's just coming up to eighteen hours since his last post.
I guess you'll have to give him another couple of hours and then invoke Guideline #4
Thanks for responding to RR's request for info on the Last Laugh.
I might as well have an early night and head off home. Let's hope for a bit more activity tomorrow

You're quite right, I should have used the "Royal we", I guess it's whoever is online and wants to post a challenge.
I've had no emails from you since last evening, which I replied to, and I've just checked my junk and deleted folders in case Outlook was mis-behaving and there's nowt there either!
By having an early night, I meant going shopping for comestibles and having my evening meal before ten!
I meant on SC of course you dirty bugger!!

Thanks in advance for the images, I'll keep an eye open for them. Off now, have a good evening! Seeya

Greetings
Yes, Mechta is very quiet. If there is no reply to my guess by 2312 (12 hours after I made it) then we should declare this one nul and void and go Open House. I'm hoping Mechta will have appeared by then!
You may be in your pit by then of course LM - but us youngsters will still be up and about .
I'm nearly out of challenges, so I'm going to do some searching this evening while we wait.

Hi Guys, Apologies fo the long time off air. College was a bit hectic today and the hoped for mid-morning Pprune didn't happen. I'd forgotten more than I thought in the 25 years since I was last there...
Yes it was the Patterson-Francis Twin Tractor of 1913 and Skytrain10's got it.

Thanks Mechta. I don't think I would have found it without the flying rodent clue, which LM helpfully expanded. College....teaching or learning?
Stand-by for the next one.

Hi Skytrain, Most definitely learning! I'm doing an Aero Eng. degree to tie in my work experience so far with an appropriate qualification. Hopefully I'll learn to use the modern drawing tools that LM is adept at. The drawing tools we used last time I was there were called HB and 2H...

Well I used to do Geometrical Drawing at school - I think I used a 2H if I recall! Certainly not up to speed on the latest techniques - we'll look forward to some stunning silhouettes from you in future - while I continue to use Paint for any editing! Good luck with the course
I've had to look that one up....does look a little mind numbing to a non-techy like me!
