This is the Rotocar.

Not many co-axial helos around with three and two blades.

The heli has been called just the Kindermann Heliciopter, but also the Wagner Rotocar 1.
The red one posted by David is in the Bueckeburg Helikopter Museum and as far as I know known as the Rotocar III or Model FJ-V1. Final development was the Wagner Aerocar and then Wagner started work on the Skytrac series.

There again may be not....the undercarriage doesn't look quite right.

Have gone through all the Messerschmitt models but can't see anything that matches. The description for the M29 fits the bill in terms of engine options but its definitely not one of those.
