The engine cover was a big clue for me too as I once modelled one with it removed. What was the publication that called it the 'Sea Attacker'? I like that better.

Looks like a bomber with a very uncomfortable aimers seat.

Trouble is, why is it hinged.

David. I take it that your challenge is the Short Sturgeon. However when you posted the aircraft before at Post #349 back in March it was a much different view.
