Bonjour Richard.

May I please ask you to use an image size of 850x850 maximum so that we don't have to scroll left and right on the page.

The moderators have stated that they will remove images which are larger.

LM

The Goose was a retractable and had three-bladed props.

This one looks fixed.

Northrop Raider trimotor?

edit, on reflection it looks too small, but is it an earlier progenitor of the C-125?

Two counts. The original had a two bladed prop. Thought red herring.

Hmm tricky. Canopy looks Grumman and there were so may versions. N American?

It is North American - the continent not the company , and also not Northrop.

There seems to be some contention between web sites on whether the designation was T-S 140 or T-840.

As T-840 is used in the contemporary source Janes 1938 i ' ll go with that but its the same machine as listed on some sites as a T-S140.

I suppose way back a handwritten S1 could have looked like an 8 or vice versa.

Your control EvansB

Timm T-840
