Btw , I like (love) those old "year-books" :
I just receive today (found trough ebay) the Aviation Magazine Special 1951 ,something like a very poor man's Jane's 1951 ,for only 20 €.
Last winter ,the Jane's 1948 for 85 € ,from ...South Africa !
All this began with the 1955 Observer's ( certainly the best Observer's from 1941 to 1993) I got in 1959 .
The challenge is in some books and on the WWW.:Good luck

Could it be the LFG V-19 Submarine based floatplane ?? Some references call it the Stralsund V.19 from where LFG were based.
I can only find a three-quarter rear view, but the cowling and floats look right, from your front view, I'd say it was a rotary engine and the V-19 had a Oberursel UII rotary. Presumably, the short floats would be so that it can be packed into its small container.
Got to go now, so if it's correct, please declare Open House.
