reminds me of a british hyspersonic project from BAC or Hawker (well, it would have to be wouldn't it!)

Looks fairly close to a 'proof of concept' aircraft that was a small scale predecessor of the F.117????

Out of interest your general arrangement drawing of the X-24 was exactly the same one which I used, just airbrushed to clean it up.
