But it's British.

Aren't you guys tired and cold? Got your electric blankets turned to maximum? You are feeling veeeerrry sleepy and all you want to do is go to bed.
When I click my fingers you will immediately log off and walk to the bedroom...

When I click my fingers you will awake feeling refreshed and eager to log onto PPRuNe. You will not see my challenge or this post. You will know nothing of the Armstrong Whitworth AW.49 nor where I've gone. All you will see is...

OPEN HOUSE

I think that Noyade gave it to us because he was about to go away and didn't want to leave the thread stalled.

The current one is post *5614.

Mmm... I'm trying to work out it's purpose before venture in to books/internet. The door above the cockpit seems interesting too..... Is asking its purpose a gimme for the solution or can you say?

There is a distinct resemblance to the Lockheed "Seastar" and "Sea Sitter" projects. I'm guessing this must be a Lockheed project of some description?
