Wassat all about!! LM had enought of this blasted edit bug or what??

I was going to add another clue before I go home, saying that this had something in common with the Lightning, both the EE and the Lockheed variety, (one you could hear and the other you could see)!

However, you got there first Reg! Yes, it has twin-booms

Evening all!

Means of propulsion (jet, prop, turboprop, or glider maybe), if I may ask?

N.B. I've seen TC message, and will wait patiently. If any of you gentlemen wishes to place a bet, he's free to do so I bet glider...

Oh, well... I'll collect the chips from the table...

I expected it to be a transport, but didn't expect it to be this ugly...

Bowlus Trailer FAQ's

"In 1943, during flight tests, the Bowlus-designed XCG-16 cargo glider crashed, killing Hawley's good friends Howie Morrison and Richard duPont. Bowlus never really recovered from the loss:"

I'm back, not without a little difficulty with my connection, otherwise I'd have been on fifteen minutes ago!!

butrick was correct , it was the Bowlus XCG-16 AKA General Airbone Transport Company (GATC) XGC-16

It was indeed an ugly bastard and the reason I withheld the other views; good call butrick!!

Open House as requested

I can monitor for one hour, no more than that, and I'll be off to work early tomorrow.
If someone wants a quickie, that I can provide, else I'm afraid that I will have to watch and defer posting challenges to better times.

It seems like it's just you and me HP and I've just posted! Butrick said he was of to bed (but he's left his light on), Reg is of to ZZzzzz, as you are soon, dunno about LM?? So it looks like it'll have to await Canada, Oz or the Principality (or any one else lurking with intent!!

I'm off to get some supper as I've a 4am start again tomorrow)!

Cheers, TC

Waddya know! I spotted a typo (and your offer of a quickie ) and got an almost instant edit, bet it's a fluke though . Can't really accept your offer (of a challenge that is), as I need to get into the kitchen and don't want you to get lumbered with no other players!!

Pretty erratic behaviour from PPRuNe recently... to me it's just something like "wait, and you shall edit". No serious issues, just have to wait and perhaps to F5 a little.
Enjoy your meal, have a good evening and see you soon!
