Evening Mel,

You say it's pre 1939, but is it still in the thirties?

The top of the centre window is cropped, so can't tell if there's more glazing, a roof or it its an open cockpit!

Not French, but is it European?

Hi Trevor. It was in the thirties. There is more glazing above the windows shown and the roof was enclosed. The aircraft was not from Europe.

The mystery cockpit aircraft has a connection to the cruise missile programme.

Not a Rockwell, nor a LearFan, but there is a connection to Bill Lear. The aircraft was a subject on "Silhouette Challenge".

Well, from the clues, I guess it's a Foxjet ST600 ?

It'll have to be Open House if correct, as I'm away from my PC for the rest of the day!

That's a good one, I like it

No takers on my OH, so I'll take it back! Another wooden panel . This should be an easy one, it has had a silhouette, but I'm surprised to find it's not on the cockpit list!
