Regards the cockpit - must be the Fleetwings Seabird you recently displayed in SC?
If so, Open House.
There are now three of us who know what that is Graeme, so I'll leave it to TC, unless Brian is into fire-breathing animals of yore.......

Evening.
No mate, you got me all wrong. I was hoping once you found the Dragon you could/would be lead to another American Aircaft Corporation (AAC) product (they had quite a few designs back then).
The tandem cockpit and rear stingers belong to the AAC Penetrator helicopter...
But all's good, carry on.
Dornier 24?
As we all know now it's the Phalanx Dragon

G'day Graeme,
You certainly had us fooled there mate, I spent so long chasing the Dragon that I had to dash for the shops after you withdrew it and didn't see that the cockpit on the Dragon article David posted looked nothing like the ones above
Thanks mate
No mine isn't a Do.24, why on earth would I post that ? Of course I found a good one of that, but it's been done before!!
You'd better start looking mate, Karl will probably be here soon and mine came from the same source as his Seabird (at least the piccie he used is on there)
Edit:
No excuses there mate, I/we didn't spot the collective lever, of course it wasn't the Dragon !!
Time for bed now, have a good day
