The culture is cooked and the you will see permanent hiring at the joint, for eternity. Regardless the result, the toxicity resulting from all this will linger for a long long time.
Network Aviation is an hour building airline for the ME3 and US E3s... I doubt many will hang around for the mainline carrot.

Going off that one sentence alone (it would be good to read the whole paywalled article) does that not suggest the FWC sees the dispute as not between the union and the company, but the union and it’s members? Therefore they would likely approve the final proposal that was agreed upon by the union and the company?

An interesting rumour told to me today is Qantas is running well behind its profit forecast and are starting to cut costs which might explain why they are hell bent on not negotiating with Network pilots.
