All quiet on the Tyneside front? It seems LS have taken FUE off sale for S15 after initially being released. They seem to be taking they're time releaseing the rest of the flights.
Tomorrows EK is a 772LR.

I suppose LS want to see what demand is like this summer for FUE before putting it on sale. The only changes I've noticed in the flights released so far are DLM (- 1 flt weekly), and PMI (+1 weekly).
This could change (as has happened in previous years), as summer 14 loads are looked at and future demand is further reviewed.

I think that jet2 are still putting together there plans.
There is a few flights in the TCX summer sun which aren't on sale yet so this must be because it's either a print error or they in talks with other airlines and maybe jet2 is holding back as it try's to get slots for these flights suitable for there own program and other operators
I'm sure FUE will be added shortly

Jet 2
It seems that most of the summer 2015 schedule has been released. However Alicante and Murcia flights have for some reason not been released. I think BFS and NCL are the only bases where Alicante has not been released. Some of the city break destinations ie Pisa, Prague, Krakow and Venice are also not on sale, but these destinations are generally released later than the rest.
I realise someone posted earlier that the 2 x 752s are to be replaced by 738s and an additional 733 would be based for 2015. However assuming that the flights not released yet are of about the same frequency as 2014, what is the supposedly extra 733 going to do??
I also note the destinations released where the 752s have operated in 2014 have not had any frequency increase to take into account the smaller aircraft. So less seats are on sale on these routes.
Has anyone noticed on the Jet 2 Holidays website, when you try to book almost anything from NCL it always seems to offer you a much cheaper price for the same holiday from LBA on the same day. Sometimes several hundreds of pounds of savings. I wonder if this has affected bookings from NCL.
Any thoughts? are they retreating at NCL or is something positive about to happen.
I dont think FUE has ever been released for 2015 ??

Jet2 Holidays
It has certainly been true in previous years that LBA has been much cheaper than NCL but all the holidays I have looked at this year NCL is marginally cheaper than LBA. This did make me wonder if NCL is over capacity and they are having to reduce prices, hence the capacity reduction next year with the 738s? I should point out these were mostly Spanish destinations, the same may not be true for others.

I cant believe TCX insist on basing these leased A320s here after the problems they cause ! This is going to happen yet again all summer , There will be a 757 back somepoint this summer to fill in for that heap of
