So JP repainted into full colours hmmmmmmm :

G-CEJP - Flyglobespan Boeing 737-800 Aircraft Photos - Edinburgh - Turnhouse @ Airplane-Pictures.net

Photos: Boeing 737-8BK Aircraft Pictures | Airliners.net

think i prefered the Neos a/c. However its actually a good looking livery!!!
Something different, would be nice to have a full fleet with full colours one Summer lol.

Are 763's still having to be used on European routes?
Is it G-SPNA and G-CEOD that are doing the long-haul program this year then?

Looks like it

GCEOD operating SFB presently, with GSPNA operating MOD flights, but will move back to the long haul fleet in June, with GCEFG remaining on MOD work and GCDPT doing the lease

Ryand36,

Flyglobespan have 4 B763's:

G-CEFG
G-CEOD
G-CEPT
G-SPNA

In regards to the Sanford route, both GSPNA and GCEOD have been alternating on the route and MOD flights.

That hybrid livery certainly is eye catching.

Regards,

Hey

Does Globespan still operate the Boeing 757? I know it was used for the JFK and BOS flights but I haven’t heard much about it since those routes stopped. Is it still with them or has it moved on?

Thanks

Ryan

No. The B757 is no longer used by globespan. Also it was never used on the BOS, the B737-700 was used for that.

We'll be keeping an eye out for you in June and July

Our glider clubSOSA Gliding Club is 13 nm North of the runway 12 threshold and we have been treated to spotting Globespan on its way to the rwy 12 ILS a number of times. There's not many times I get to look down on a big jet from a glider at 3500'

So is the 763 that will be operating the YHM flights aswell as the rest of Canada, now doing the flights to Halifax aswell, no longer 737?

Not like GSM at all to change their minds at the last minute

Halifax/Toronto

No ETOPS yet for the 737 fleet so route not possible on a 737.

Drop the route or consolidate it with the YHM. Airline choose to consolidate the flights

GSM's MAN-YHM now MAN-YYZ and to be flown by Thomas Cook? Pretty significant change two weeks prior to its first scheduled flight of 2009. What's the story here?

Im guessing the long-haul fleet 2 763's was just seen to be under to much strain or too tight of schedule. Ofcourse this should have been done much earlier.

So have GSM passed on all remaining bookings for YHM to TCX for YYZ and no longer accepting bookings?

Maintainance

Passed through East Midlands Wed night and their was a Globespan 767 being worked on in maintainance.

Is this a normal destination for 767 maintainance or painting?
