Probably the wrong place to ask, but how does swapping the planes work with crewing - I know you said they can work with non local crews, but once a Nordic plane has flown to Amsterdam and the brakes have cooled - do the crew have enough hours to go to - say - Aruba.
Is the crew pool to flu these going to be big enough (or are there lots of people qualified for both 737-800 & 787 ... I've heard they're similar [[[I think?]]])

787/738 not dual rated for pilots only CC, plenty of pilots on 787 based around Europe & most 787 flying from main bases so shouldn't be a problem at a push they could posn crew by exec jet.

Hi there,
Does anyone know the fate of the ex First choice 767's? G-OOBK has now been leased by blue panorama so is this where they will go? Or are they going to get scrapped or turned into Cargo jets? A thomson 767 became Nordwind of Russia a few years back, so maybe there?
Any comments appreciated

In regards to the earlier post about the Southend - Portugal flights on the system they are not a mistake, but if you just do a mock booking you will find that they are operated by easyjet

missed spots
G-TUIA on route TOM25, Bridgetown (BGI) London (LGW) seems to have done a right turn before flying apx 1000km SSE to land at Ponta Delgada, Azores (PDL) this morning 09-Nov-2014 anyone know why? (mechanical, medical).
Seems as if G-OBYE has been re-registered. Anyone know where abouts this aircraft is?
According to FR24 G-TUIA diverted into Lajes (TER) this morning not PDL. It still appears to be on the ground at the moment and there doesn't seem to be any rescue aircraft heading to pick them up either.
TOM25 (G-TUIA) has just left Lajes back to LGW.
G-OOBL is indeed parked at Brum, titles removed....
G-OOBM still going strong....
