That would be mostly due to the spectacularly wonderful cabin crew.
The E145 can only be popular with midgets.

Can`t say Ive seen any 145 operators doing so well.
The desire not to "take a step backwards" onto the Dash has nothing to do with eligibility to pay Easyjet £25k for a job, and more to do with psychology. Not many people want to go back to cycling to work when they've had a car, so sadly, although the Q400 is very good at what it does, command (jet) moving to command (prop) is unfortunately perceived by many as a backwards career step for the old cv.

i really do hope that the sou-nqy issues are down to an IT glitch, the route is being well advertised locally in Cornwall.
however, saying that i do remember something in either this forum or the Newquay page to do with the sou-nqy route but cant rememebr what!, i seem to remember that the service was due to operate on a E145?

LXGB thats what happens when you p"ss off your main customer fair play to flybe maybe NWI will rethink its strategy! Or end up being a paint shop!

Looks like Flybe are on there way out of NWI, but im sure eastern will pick up on the routes like MAN and EDI if Flybe do leave.
but it looks like LTE are about to sign a deal with the airport, to fly new routes out of the airport to spain.

Flybe may have the upper hand with NWI however it's unlikely that they would just hand popular routes to a competitor like Eastern.
Flybe may be content to do this, however I would anticipate that popular routes like MAN and EDI would continue to be operated, just possibly using based aircraft from both MAN and EDI.
The biggest blow for NWI would be to lose the Flybe base and whereas nothing suggests that this is likely to happen, it is clear that all is not well with the Flybe/NWI relationship.

Spotters -please help
Tue 15/4 LBA from Excreta featured 'EUROPEAN', (737 operated on behalf of FlyBE). Return today was signwritten 'WALES' (G-CDFF ATR-42 operated by Aurigny). Interesting but are FlyBE in trouble?

Can anyone help me please?
Are there fixed 145´s in MAN or are they rotating with other bases?
How many are usually in MAN?
When is the replacement e.g. for the route MAN-DUS due and is it going to be the DH4?

Im told both airlines flying with 35% loads. Anyone know more?

Hence we only have 1 Q400 based at MAN atm. There are 2 146's (BA, BF) that are spare, 1 Q400, 1 E95, and 8 to 9 145's.
As for the Dus going on a q400, i can see the EDI/JER routes first, even CDG, Dus just doesnt have the pax loads.
