I've heard it isn't open to the public. Only open to former Aero Club members, NCL staff etc. I've heard it's very good.

HH6702, do you know what type of aircraft excel are to base next year? All 737s? Thanks.

4 aircraft from xla for S06? Somehow I think it may be 2 of their own 737-800's, the 767 passing through for the 2 long haul routes and as usual the rest subbed out to Air Scandic or some other charter company.

Also with regards to Cancun, Thomson holidays are not selling this as a destination from NCL so it looks like a non starter but with their low cost aircraft making an appearance next summer who knows what other routes they will introduce.

Whatever XLA do next year, I sincerely hope they avoid having anything to do with Islandsflug/Air Atlanta. Latest (alleged I hasten to say), happenings amongst these clowns is one of their engineers having his airside pass removed and escorted off airport property on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol.

Only a matter of time before they join the accident statistics.

ThomsonFly will take over HLX routes

Will that include the NCL routes? Do you think they will be operated in reverse order i.e. with a NCL based aircraft. Do you have any idea if they will operate to any more German destinations other than Hanover?

Are XLA doing 3 weekly long haul flights next summer?

I still think that the 737-400 a/c will be replaced with g reg -800 (x2) with SCY passing through. 4 aircrat seems like alot of expansion quick?!!

S06 is going to be a bumper year or NCL, lets hope the new airlines/services keep coming!

Whats the plan for W05/06, anything new?

MyTravel are operating a new route this winter, something begining with an 'A'. Anyone?

The Charter airlines at NCL are usually dead during the winter season.

Air Scandic's SFB service is stop as of next week. The tour operator who charters the aircraft is saying,

This is due to problems with Air Scandic
Wonder what this means?

So whats next or NCL? How about new charter routes to Croatia, different places in Italy or more new routes to Eygpt, greece etc

And how about double daily for SAS and LH increasing frequency on DUS and adding a FRA?

Or Zoom to YYZ in competition with Transat? At one point a few years back there were 3 weekly YYZ flights, all full! Lets go back to year round Orlando's too.

We geordies like variation and freedom of choice, all from our doorstep

On the scheduled side....SAS has reached the pax levels it said it needed to make CPH 2 x daily.

Lufthansa could generate more pax with 2 x daily on Dusseldorf, I understand that slot availability prevents Frankfurt.

Canada...maybe Zoom could be pursuaded to give it a go.

London City should happen soon.

On the charter side...do you remember Yugotours ?, they had a huge range of flights to Pula, Ljubiljana, Split etc, they were well supported and it should now be time for someone to try again.

I know we have Djerba coming on line and I would like to see a few more longhaul routes coming on line plus a year round Orlando.

GW76, there is going to be no BY's next year anywhere because all charter flights are going to under the TOM code.

What he means is that ALL Britannia/BY flights will come under the Thomsonfly/TOM umbrella, ie Britannia/BY will be no more.
