HH,

Bit if Jet2 add to many routes over the winter they would want to add frequency over the summer and that would mean they couldn't have their quick change aircraft doing them all. Do you think we could get an extra aircraft from them in time for next summer?

It will be some time in the next couple of weeks. There are a couple of formalities that have to be completed by US govt. before AA can sell the route. Summer hols seem to be delaying the bureaucracy somewhat more than hoped.

Or it could be that it's still the middle of the night in the USA, so flights may not become available for booking until maybe 9am US time when they are put into the system?

Still some problms wih the US government I believe. They're away on holiday or something? So clearance for the route hasn't been given yet.
Or something along those lines...
Expect to be able to book it within 2 or 3 weeks.

On BBC1's Departure Lounge programme on Friday night, someone emailed in asking when NCL - JFK would be on sale. That travel bloke said in a few months as they are still sorting things out.
