Too many uncertainties…
If you wanna work in the worst 787-operation in Europe, Norse might be a perfect fit. Also with the tremendous opportunity to go to India whenever they tell you to. Crappy pay, ****ty roster with minimum rest and most likely belly up in a few months… Virgin might pick up a few lucky 787-jockeys, which is probably the only real incentive to go to Norse.

If Norse wetlease to Indigo, do they provide the crew too? Otherwise what will the Norse crew be doing with 50% less aircraft?
What about their second officers? Can they apply for 787 jobs after Norse?
Rumors FLL base closing. How many pilots affected?

Various media sources state different wet lease options (one source even says a damp lease) for Norse. One aircraft, two aircraft, one even states half of their fleet.
The crew are operating these Indigo flights. Will accommodation in India be provided for them or is this a base transfer/secondment deal?
Norwegian used to operate their 787s full and still lost money each flight.
The second officers are in a pretty interesting position as well. Norse hired these guys for cheaper pay, which is a fantastic business decision. Norwegian used to have relief Captains(!) - the only outfit with such a position.
Perhaps our good friend EGGW can shed some light.

It’s one a/c for now, from the Norwegian AOC.
Yes, accommodation is provided in India.
FLL closed in July last year, and all the cabin crew based there were moved to Miami, which is now closing.

First aircraft will operate intra-Asia for first few months and India-Europe thereafter. Whole of March A/C will operate DEL-BKK-DEL route.
Atleast this Indigo deal will keep them afloat for the mean time.
