q400 is a bombardier dash 8 q400. and i'm only a measly handling agent so dont understand the ins and outs of flaps but might have something to do with our short runway?:confused:

yeah get where you're coming from. already work for aiance at sou and am fully trained with codeco ba dcs and can do manual loadsheets for just about anything. never worked with wide bodied a/c mind....
