My girlfriend has an extra heartbeat - about 10% extra in fact - which presents her with no health issues but it does show up on an ECG.

I'm sure you do this under a SVFR clearance (including in a Class A zone such as Heathrow). Can't point you to the ANO section but I've done it under instruction in the past.
