OBA and negative comments ..

First, I've never been to FL to get my PPL so have no actual experience with either OBA nor Naples.

That said, as an outside observer I can only say that on PPPrune there seems to be a big bias...

but get the money reimbursed when you actually buy the plane.

Yes, but noise abaitment rules and a general anti GA mood
in the .NL makes every 'nice' thing for GA alsmost impossible.

.NL only has about 4000 PPL/RPL (=NPPL) pilots so there is
no incentive...

I think if you lose one contact in flying it's best to proceed,
if both eyes are relatively 'even', if there is a significant difference
in eyesight...
