I didnt forget to take into account the country multiplayer. The country multiplayer comes before taxes: In Romania the taxes to be deducted are fix to a 35% plus a Swiss taxation in my case of 20%....

Their salaries are low, including the new package....are still very low....whatever you are base. They are starting to open bases in Western Europe ( London, Viena ) and those salaries are marginal...
