I have also wondered about this. With the shift to more WFH since the pandemic, I don't think a single, combined office is needed for at least the next few years (although it would be nice).

The spelling of the y-shaped LPTACC & HPTACC supply duct on the LEAP-1A in the AIB manuals is a personal favourite - the "wye" duct / Ross-on-Wye duct.

Rolls Royce will hold a copy of the CMM for the ECU. Airbus probably do as well.

Whether either of them would release it to you, even now, I am doubtful.

I see zero evidence at my employer of pilots retiring earlier, nor a recruitment shortage, in the UK at least. The opposite, really.

I applied on 28th Dec - I hope they take the CV into account along with the test results and digital interview. It's been several years since I did those kinds of assessments!

Having done several of these video interviews before (mostly for engineering companies, admittedly), I'd advise you to dress as if you were going for a face-to-face interview.

That also happened to me. It's described as a 'personality questionnaire', which sounds very similar to 2 of the other tests you have to do from 'part 2' of their email to you.

There are signs that things are changing though. Air France and Aer Lingus are both now offering fully-funded training schemes. Hopefully more of the industry will begin to follow suit.

Looks like a good opportunity to me, hopefully more of the industry will start to offer more favourable terms such as those offered by Aer Lingus with this scheme.
