before you line up on the runway, you would have already pushed the TO/GA button and you have a 10 degrees nose up flight...

- visible moisture
- contaminated runway
- turbulence
- Lightning
- Vicinity of thunderstorm

That's pretty much what we do...

This is not what we've seen on the actual terms n conditions.
It says you pay 26500. Period...
