Easyjet online assessment?....
Hey all,
I recently applied for easyjet non type rated F/O recruitment. Having filled out my details and attached a CV on the easyjet pilots career page I had an e-mail back informing me I have to complete an "online assessment" in order to progress to the next stage. Anyone know what this entails...eg: psychometric/aptitude, technical questions etc? Cannot find any info apart from cabin crew applicants being required to complete it rather than pilots:/.
Thanks in advance

Hey all
Turns out it is aptitude testing.
Lots of personality questions where one has to nominate points to individual statements
Spatial orientation - using compass and NDB needle....(Personally think the example question's answer is incorrect)...
Hand eye co-ordination...Do with a mouse rather than use a laptop!
Multi-tasking
Verbal reasoning etc
Took me about an hour and 45 mins.
Quite intense!
Was unsuccessful and told by email about 10 mins after I completed it.
Best of luck to everyone else..

I did those test last year also and failed as well.
And i agree, the example with the ndb was not correct, in my opinion. The hardest nut was the verbal reasoning. Was more gambling for me since time was pretty short.
I guess that you have to reach a benchmark. If not, bye bye.
Pitty because easyjet swiss had normally a selection assessment of its own rather than these silly online tests.

By the sounds its the same as those from last years so just read that thread, the NDB was correct last year, I know quite a few struggled, more than likely as it was a while since using an NDB without a rotating compass card.

Since there are some guys who have said they received an email telling them that they have not succeeded and I received one a few hous after the assesment telling me that I have succesfully completed it... I guess I "passed" that part...
Anyway, I was just wondering if anybody received the same positive feedback and if they have heard anything else...
Although I have no hopes on this, I would like to get as far as possible!
