Better to use one from liste they know all dodges. In Italy they cut my tax bill from 42000 euro to just 27000 and there cost was only 6000 so saved monie big time ok have few other costs for company...

Dont know if this is helping but one RJ Captain did type rating and then 6 months in RHS before he was moving over. I don't think they will let FO upgrade on entry, but once 300 hrs may take a look...
