The mandala management didn't want their pilots to join with the competitors.
Mandala's pilots can't do anything cause they have training bond with Mandala.

Unless worked with Tiger...

To tell you the truth Mandala not yet offering us about the "amount".
This program what they called C to C program, which is Mandala's pilot not get same salary with tiger pilots....

Tiger wants to take few pilots from Mandala (which is Tiger's sister company).

may I know the salary at tiger? for capt and fo?
I just wanna compared with Indonesian pilots.
Here, in Indonesia, capt salary average is $ 3000 - $ 3500 per month Take Home Pay, free...

Just curious, how much " the airlines " pay for commander A 320.
Cause we here ( some local airline in Indonesia which operates Airbus ), only receive around $ 3000/ month, TAKE HOME...
