I think that the first guys that completed the MPL, did so in Denmark, and I read an article not too long ago saying that they are out of jobs and unfort. they are now at a loose end.

I know that FLYBE prefers candidates that have completing all modular training the same FTO. However I completed the CPL and IR in different FTOs and it hasnt caused me any problems.

At PTC ( I think ) you get paid for the briefings and de-briefings, so for a flight its about 3 hour total instructional hours. And when they say 120 hours a month they mean 120 instructional hours...

During the IR course in a EFIS equipped aircraft you can ONLY use raw data and same goes for the skill test.
Very simple;
Why pay more to fly something old and tatty when you could fly something...
