Hi

I don't know if this is the right section to ask this...

What visa is needed to do a type rating course in the USA?

Non if you are from a visa waiver country and you stay less then 90 days ,im just doing a type in the USA and didn't need one ,you need TSA approval though

As long you've not been (presume your from the uk) up in front of the 'beak/court' for ANY charge. If so, one has to fill in some 'b' form. Having said that, got a driving ban back in the 80s (failure to supply a breath test) never mentioned it on the visa waiver nor filled in the 'b' form. No problems on my US visits (they must be using Vista lol)

Having said that, hope the FBI don't read this post
