JAA IR(A) Syllabus

Would anyone be able to help me in locating a decent copy of the JAA IR(A) syllabus - not just the requirements as laid out in JAR FCL 1 - with well laid out lesson plans, to help me in preparing for my own IR(A).

I have a copy of Christopher Leech's 'Flight Exercises' which outlines the lesson briefings for the IMCR nicely, which would seem to cover a the basics of the IR(A) but I think some more detail is needed for the complete IR(A).

Cheers

Your FTO will have their own syllabus, so ask them.
