Hi guys. After MCC Pilotlog will be shut down permanently ( I know, ****ty software but I paid for the service so used it until now) soon, I'm looking at other options for an electronic logbook....

So I'm not completely wrong, am I? CHC requires it and NHV MAY provide it. OHS and NHC have it written in their ad that they require MCC so that's the official standpoint. Oh and 500 ME hours on top...

And yet they stil require ME-IR (SE aparently not good enough), MCC courses (they could easily provide) and NHV and CHC even the H175 Type Rating (who the hell has an H175 rating outside of offshore...

Gemany is the same. The FI-H here is probably around 35.000 Euros, and pay is a joke. I receive a monthly allowance of 150 Euro gross pay on top of my base salary and I "only" paid around 11.000...

I'd move to the US in a heartbeat, helicopter industry here in Germany is laughable if you don't fly HEMS or have 50 K for the IR-H to go offshore.

Completely agree that 2700 Euros is not a great salary. But like I said for me it would be net and to make 2700 net here I would have to make 4600 Gross, which you only get flying HEMS or offshore....
