Helicopter Jobs 2021

Expressions of Interest

AW139 Captains with EASA ATPL and genuine SAR Experience
AW139 Co-Pilots with minimum of EASA CPL and genuine SAR Experience
SAR Technical Crew ideally dual qualified as Winch/Hoist Operator and Winchman/rescue Swimmer

Potential 3 year rotational contract in West Africa to start this year.

There are no further details right now, those who express an interest in the next week will be first to be contacted mid January onwards.

Redding Air Service Inc. is accepting resume's for a seasonal utility pilot position in a Bell 212 helicopter. Operating under parts 133/135/137, we contract to various government agencies for fire suppression. We also conduct charters all over California and possibly beyond.

We are looking for pilots, who would like to join our company for seasonal with possibility of full time employment..

Pay and benefit package commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate would possess the following minimum experience and qualities:
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder--no sponsorships available
  • 100 hours PIC Bell 212
  • USFS/DOI cardable
  • Previous fire experience
  • Good mountain flying skills
  • Good long line skills
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Team orientated
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills
I may also have some 206/407 positions available. Pic of my 212 & 205 for impact, mods feel free to delete if needed.

Fire fighting in a Bell 212. The best type of flying I have ever done in the best helicopter I have ever flown. :-)

Pay commensurate with experience.
Full benefit package including medical, vision, PTO, 401K.
Must be willing to relocate to Northern California.
The ideal candidate would possess the following minimum experience and qualities:
  • 5000 Total Time Helicopter
  • Excellent long line skills to include HEC
  • Extensive Powerline Experience is required. HEC, Wire/Sock pulling, Clipping, Spacers, Bird Diverters, hanging ladders and Baker Boards, Pole Sets, Marker Balls, Skid work, etc.
  • Good mountain flying skills
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Team oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills
Note this is HEC ....

Quick note.... My jobs are for US Citizens or Green card holders only and based in the US.

HEC with a 206? How do you validate that with your risk assessment? Oh yeah - itís the home of the free! Stopped doing that about 20 years ago.

It is done all day long here, the accidents I know of involving powerline HEC had nothing to do with the aircraft type and would not have been prevented by using twins. No-one is asking you to do it.
