Why not just have a roll bar. In low wing sports aircraft it's probably easier to do during construction, but shouldn't be too hard to do on current aircraft.
The CASA clowns might pose a problem...

Regardless of whether a pilot has an RAAus licence,- a PPL, CPL, or whatever,- surely common sense must come into their flight planning calculations.
