My personal experience: nobody cared about my degree (Electronic Engineer), better to have flying experience on the CV.

Few airlines require to new joiners to hold a degree but usually they don't...

comunque sia, prima di pagare 50.000 o 60.000 euro proverei altre strade più formative ed economiche, in primis Ryanair (CAE) e CTC.
Se ti va male... never mind, fai sempre ora a comprar le ore!

Premesso che pagarsi un type "a vuoto" etc etc...

download the CAA LASORS_07 then go to page 247-248 for the MEP renewal (subchapter F3.4 if the rating is expired) and to page 212 for the IR Multi renewal.
I’ve just renewed my IR-ME and MEP rating...
