If AsA have gone from needing around 50 atcs to having a surplus of 100 then they really have achieved the holy grail of staffing.
Somehow I doubt it.

In VMC by day an a/c can be given a 'land after' under certain criteria, such as braking action of the second a/c won't be affected, the a/c on final approach has the one on the runway in sight, etc...

From what I could gather it's a scale increase for all PATCs 5 years or more with only JS and CT being offered the lock in. I could be wrong.
If you sign for 2 years you get two lumpsums at the end...
