I dont know if it has "reversed" but it has certainly slowed. I know of reservists that are looking to go back to permanent. Most of the slowing in exodus IMHO is due to the airlines apparently...

It was in the order of 25mins in a Mirage, a number of decades ago. Obviously supersonic and probably with a jet stream up the date, too many restrictions these days for it ever to be broken.
